How to Add/Edit/Delete Parts Orders

In this tutorial, I will show you how to Add, Edit, and Delete a Parts Order.


The Parts Orders tab will allow you to keep track of all your Parts Orders. Within the Parts Order tab the System will display a Table with the existing Parts Orders with the Order Number, the Date Ordered and Received from the supplier, the Parts Name, the Remarks, and the Prices, including Discounts and Taxes.


Now, let me show you how it works.


**ADD** (0:32)


To Add a Parts Order:


1. Go to the CAMO Module.


2. Select the Parts Orders tab.


3. Click on the Plus sign on the bottom right-hand corner of the page.


4. Here you can include all the information related to the Parts Order, such as:

     - The Order Number.

     - The Name of the Supplier.

     - The Part with its details such as the Part, Unit Price, Discount, Quantity, 

       Taxes, Certificate Number, Remarks, and Serial Number.

     - The Order Status with the Date Ordered and the Date Received.

     - Remarks.


Don’t forget to save.


**EDIT** (1:11)


To Edit a Parts Order:


1. Click on the three dots next to the Parts Order you want to edit.


2. Select"Edit Parts Order".


3. Edit the information you need.


Don’t forget to save.


**DELETE** (1:25)


To Delete a Parts Order:


1. Click on the three dots next to the Parts Order you want to delete.


2. Select "Delete Parts Order".


3. You will be prompted with a warning: “Attention: Are you sure you want to delete this parts order?”. Click ‘Yes’ to delete or ‘No’ to cancel.

**ROLES AND PRIVILEGES** (1:49)


A user must have the correct Roles and Privileges to be able to Add/Edit/Delete Parts Orders. Let me show you. 


1. Go to the Users Module.


2. Click on the Roles and Privileges icon on the top right-hand corner of the page.


3. Select a role from the dropdown list.


4. Click on the CAMO Tab.


5. Check off the box View CAMO Module.


6. Go to the Parts Orders section.


7. Check off the box, View Parts Orders Tab.


8. Check off the boxes, Add/Edit/Delete Parts Orders.


Once you have checked off all these boxes, the user is allowed to Add/Edit/Delete Parts Orders.
