*These settings are only available for super administrators.*

In this tutorial, I will show you the Evaluation Settings for Super-Admin.

Let’s get started.

1. First, click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

2. Then, scroll down and click on settings.

3. Use the arrow in the top right-hand corner of the settings window, to scroll to the right, until you see the Evaluations tab and then click to open.

Evaluation:

In this tab, you can change the way your flight school evaluates.

1. First, you have the option to make the signatures of the instructors and students mandatory. You can choose one, both, or none.

2. Next, you can change the format of your evaluation scale. Here are some of the options you can choose from,

•  1,2,3,4,5

•  I,P,S (Insufficient, Pass, Sufficient)

•  U, F, G, E (Unsatisfying, Fair, Good, Excellent)

3. You also have the option to add global evaluation items for example,

• Procedure

• Communications

• Behavior

4. You may add up to 20 items of your choice.

5. Below that, you have the option to make evaluations mandatory for all flights. Just click on the toggle.

6. Finally, you can set a reminder if a lesson has not been evaluated. Just clock on the toggle.

7. Don’t forget to save your changes.
